ULTRA SECRET TIP FOR THOSE WHO LIKE TO EAT - A LOT

Here’s a tip from the man who knows his way around a buffet in Vegas: drink a ton of water the night before your food tour. This will stretch out your tummy nicely and have it ready to accommodate the delicacies you are about to receive on your foodie tour. Starving yourself beforehand is NOT recommended as this actually causes your stomach to shrink, making you susceptible to feeling fuller, quicker.
